Booking Your Party

  1. How do I book a Party?

    You can contact Fairytale Princess Parties @ 951-992-9286

    We suggest that you call us first to see if the date is available. Parties are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to the popularity of our parties, it is recommended to book your party 3-6 wks ahead of time, that will give you a better chance of getting your desired princess at the time and date you'd like.

     

    There is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your party. This guarantees your party time and details in our calendar when you book. For our Tea parties there is a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. Also, with any extra  princess added to your party there will be an additional $50.00 non-refundable deposit. All deposits are applied to your final invoice and the remaining balance is due on the day of your party.

      

    Final payments are due no later then the day of your party, and we only accept cash on the day of your event. If you would like to make you final payment by credit card, please call and we will send you an invoice, which you may pay no later then the Wednesday before your party.

     

    If you book a party with us, yet fail to make your deposit with in 48 hours of speaking with us, we re-open your spot, and make it available to be booked by someone else. If you still wanted to book us, you will need to re-book with us according to availablity. At that time you would need to make the deposit that same day. We do not hold spots for anyone longer then 48 hours.

  2. How do I make a deposit?

    Deposits can be made through Paypal, or by mail with a check, cash or money order. We accept all major credit cards through Paypal.  To complete your deposit you can visit the "Home" page on our website and look for the Paypal link, that will take you to the deposit form. Once you are on the deposit form, it will guide you on how to finish your deposit. If you are paying by mail, please call to recieve our mailing address. All checks can be made out to Fairytale Princess Parties.

    All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Travel

  1. How far do you travel?

    We will travel up to 25 miles for events with no travel charge to you. Any parties located between 26 miles to 35 miles from us have a $15.00 trip charge. We determine Mileage via Yahoo maps. We are located at 113 S. Main St., Lake Elsinore, CA 92530. You can check your distance before you call if you'd like, or we can check for you when you book with us. Any parties located between 36 miles to 50 miles from us have a $35.00 trip fee. Anything over 50 miles to 60 miles is a $50.00 travel fee and a 2 hour minimum visit must be booked. Call for pricing over 60 miles

  2. Do you entertain at parks or other venues besides houses?

    Yes! We can travel to any type of venue your party is located. Some venues have there own restrictions and guidelines, so please check if your venue allows outside entertainment before booking with us.

The day of your Party

  1. What do you bring with you to the parties?

    We bring everything needed to conduct the activites included in your ordered package. Each package is different, so we bring different things to every party. If you ordered a package with games, we will bring everything needed for all the games we play. We always bring a dress for the b-day girl, as well as a tiara for her. We also bring our own fun music and radio to the parties. The facepaint that we supply is of course child friendly, non-toxic, high end professional paint and glitter. Make sure to always check with a company when ordering facepainting, make sure they are always using paint that is meant for "facepainting."  We also supply our own storybook for storytime, as well as crafts that are catered to both girls and boys. If you order a party which includes prizes, we provide three prizes to every child, and we have both girl and boy prizes!

  2. What should the girls wear to the party if I order a dressup package?

    The dresses we supply are meant to be worn over the clothes of the children. It is best if you have your guests wear a leatard and shorts, tank top and shorts, or tights, anything that makes the dresses fit easier over the clothes.

    We have a variety of dresses from infant sizes to 12 yr old sizes. Our collection of dresses is absolutely beautiful. We get most of our dresses striaght from the Disney store each year. We are always updating our collection. We also have dresses for girls with more sensative skin.These dresses are made with very soft material that wont itch the girls.

  3. What can I do to make sure the day goes as smoothly as possible?

    There are a few things that always helps the day out. First off try to reserve a close parking spot for the character, so she will not have to fight to find parking and walk far. It also helps the party start at the time it is supposed to. Have water available for the character to drink throughout your party. Try to get the kids ready and get them together right before the character arrives, so she can get into the activities with the children right away. Arrange for the eating time to be either before or after the character visit. (If pizza arrives at the same time the princess arrives, the two conflict with eachother). Have an outlet available for us to use for our radio. If there is not one available close to where you are having us do the activities, please supply an extension cord for us. That way we can have the music while we are doing games etc. If your planning an outside party, make sure the area is guarded from heat/sun, or from any wet weather. Have a clean, dry, shaded area for activities, free of dirt, mud, water and any other bad weather conditions that may cause an ill effect to the party activities and the guests.And last but not least have your cameras ready throughout the party, you don't want to miss special moments of your daughter with our princesses!

  4. Do the characters accept gratuity?

    Absolutely! The entertainers that serve you are all extremely well trained and make it their number one priority to ensure your party is a success. Gratuity is not included in the total of your package price, so if you want to show your entertainer that you loved their performance, gratuity is a great way of doing so. Though its not expected, it is always appreciated.

     

    Tipping an entertainer is just like tipping a waiter, anywhere between 10%-20% of your package total is the typical tip.
